Screen Washout Booth with Power Washer and Filtration System
The Hydrobooth size is 40" wide X 48" high and 30" deep. Fully backlit with adjustable screen holding bar with clamps that ensure stable screens during reclaim process. Sink pan is heavy gauge stainless steel and incorporates a stainless steel trough elevating screens out of pan bottom eliminating possible re-contamination from reclaim waste water.
This is the only fully integrated plug and play screen reclaiming system built and includes:
- 40" wide by 48" high fully backlit washout booth.
- 3 choices of Hydroblaster pressure washers 1000, 2000 or 3000 PSI.
- Solids filter for ink and emulsion filtration with automatic pumped discharge to drain.
The model ECIN screen reclaiming system comes factory assembled and ready to plug into 115 or 230 Volt power depending on pressure washer selected.
