Bioreactor Filtration System
Bioreactor-C enclosed system may be configured with one or two reactor tanks each configured with dosing systems for Hydro Biodigesters, foam control and nutrients. Enclosure is available with thermostatic vent control. This system integrates with Hydrokleen filtration modules to provide a proven solution for reduction of organics in the wash water stream.

Bioreactor-C high flow wash water treatment system is designed to improve wash water quality for recycling back to wash processes or to meet requirements for sewer discharge.Bioreactor-C is a multi-stage wash water treatment system that provides up to four unique reaction environments connected in series.
The multiple reaction tank design provides sufficient capacity to extend wastewater retention time. This is an excellent solution for systems with higher flow through rates and waste streams with organic compounds that require more time for digestion.
Wastewater enters the Bioreactor reaction tank where it is mixed with a solution that is charged with high quantities of Hydro-Biodigester bacteria, enzymes, nutrients and dissolved oxygen. Each reaction tank features a moving bed reactor that supports bacteria colony growth and guarantees wastewater flow throughout the biomass. Bioreactor maintains bacteria in an aerobic state that optimizes bacteria metabolism and organic contaminates reduction.
Bioreactor requires use of Hydro-Biodigester product which is pre-packaged in liquid form and dispensed automatically into the reaction tank.
Bioreactor-C processed wash water is available for reuse or sewer discharge.
