Wash Rack Systems For Tanker Washout
This shows above ground wash rack utilizing Hydropad wash pads. Hydro Engineerings tanker wash equipment, located in adjacent equipment room or Hydrosite, provides state of the art low volume, high pressure flushing technology with final steam cycle prior to recertification or product change.
Hydro Engineering, Innovation's designs, builds, provides installation assistance and services tanker exterior and interior washing systems. Our tanker truck wash is above ground and requires no construction.
The systems shown include:
- Hydropad above ground wash pad (eliminates construction of wash pad)
- Exterior wash - multi gun operation
- Steam 360° Interior tank wash - multi access operation
- Catwalk access to tanker access ports
- Ceiling mount hose reels for tanker ports
Wash equipment cannot be installed in wash bay and must have separate equipment room. Consideration for this if room is not available is Hydro Engineering's Hydrosite that can be set in place outside of wash rack.
