Heavy-Duty Cleaning for Industrial and Construction Vehicles

The Automatic Undercarriage and Wheel Wash System is engineered to deliver powerful, automated cleaning for vehicles and equipment exiting job sites. Ideal for construction, mining, and other heavy-duty applications, this system removes packed mud, dirt, and debris from the undercarriage and wheels—helping prevent track-out and maintain environmental compliance.

Key Benefits

Engineered for Heavy Soil Loads

This automatic wheel wash system is built to handle extreme conditions. As vehicles pass over the grated platform, large solids fall through and are collected by an integrated drag conveyor. This efficient system continuously clears debris from the wash area, maintaining performance and uptime.

Efficient Water Recycling System

Optional 360° Wash Arch for Full Coverage

Upgrade your system with a 360-degree wash arch to extend cleaning coverage from undercarriage and wheels to full vehicle surfaces. This feature delivers a top-to-bottom wash, enhancing cleaning results for larger or heavily soiled equipment.

Integrates Seamlessly with Hydropad Wash Racks

This system connects easily to Hydropad above-ground wash pad arrays, allowing you to build a complete mobile or permanent vehicle wash solution. It’s the perfect fit for operations that demand modular, high-capacity cleaning infrastructure.

Designed for Wide Vehicles and Heavy Equipment

With a generous 15-foot track width, the system accommodates larger vehicles and equipment with ease, making it a top choice for operations handling wide-load machinery or oversized trucks.

Keep Your Operation Clean, Efficient, and Compliant

Stop mud and debris at the source. The Automatic Undercarriage and Wheel Wash System provides rugged, fully automated cleaning that reduces manual labor, improves site cleanliness, and protects the environment.

Undercarriage wash
Conserve water by recycling collected wash water. Hydropad portable wash rack can be connected to an automatic undercarriage wash system that sprays up to an impressive 520 GPM. Sensors detect vehicle and control the system start and run time. Vehicle undercarriage and sides are thoroughly washed using recycled water. Wash water and debris flows into a solids settling tank where a drag conveyor removes solids, and water is filtered for reuse in the wash process.
Splash wall
Hydropad portable wash rack with 6' high splash walls is integrated with an Automatic Undercarriage Wash System (AUWS) and fresh water final rinse arch. Sensors activate and control operation to insure proper cleaning of vehicle undercarriage, running gear, sides and top. Fresh water rinse arch removes recycled water from vehicles and replaces wash water lost to evaporation and carry off. Hydropad portable wash rack collect and return wash water and debris to the AUWS for solids separation and recycling.
