Decontamination
This Hydrosite watercraft decontamination system was installed in 2007 and is still operating today. This is just one of many systems supporting aquatic invasive species (AIS) prevention at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Utah/Arizona. The system is connected to utilities (power, water and gas only, no sewer) that were routed to a parking area. This dual Hydropad portable wash rack system satisfies high volume decontamination demands of watercraft visiting Lake Powell.

Watercraft cleaning
Hydro Engineering, Innovation's started pioneering mobile pressure washer watercraft decontamination systems in 2008. Products have evolved and innovative solutions continue to address new aquatic invasive species (AIS) control requirements. A Hydromat wash water containment mat with a trailer mounted pressure washer that includes wash water capture and onboard wash water filtration and recycling is shown.
Portable Wash Rack
This Wash rack system is all above ground. It includes a 20' wide by 40' long patented Hydropad portable wash rack , and a Hydrosite portable equipment building. Aquatic invasive species decontamination is performed on the portable wash rack.. Wash water is collected, treated, filtered and recycled back to the decontamination system to be used over and over in the process. System conserves water because no wastewater is discharged. This system was deployed in 2008.
